The men’s team played brilliantly at home for this round robin, beating all of their opponents 9-0. Northwestern University, Brandeis University, and Boston University were beaten, with the Huskies playing extremely well with the support of the home crowd.
Alex Swenson played brilliantly against Boston University, coming back from 2 games down to win in 5 through his hard hitting on court. Ian Hay also played great over the weekend, settling early on court and not giving his opponents any chance to score. Overall it was a great weekend for the men, with many players not even dropping a single game over three matches. With only one match left before Nationals, the men aim to finish the season with a bang with a win over Boston College on Thursday.
