The women’s team earned their first victory of the season with an impressive 8-1 win over the University of Rochester, with the only loss coming from a default due to a missing 9th player.
They continued fighting in the 2nd and 3rd round of their bracket, but fell short against both Colgate University with a 2-7 loss and a 4-5 loss against the Drexel Dragons. Individual matches of note over the weekend came from the #1 Jenny Janeck and #3 Amanda Georgescu, who won all three of their matches in 3 decisive games.
